Carousel Cocktail

By Marvin Allen, Carousel Bar, New Orleans

- 1 oz of Mathilde Raspberry 
- 1 oz of Mathilde Peach 
- 1 ½ oz of Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac 
- 1 oz of Pineapple Juice 
- ¼ oz of fresh lemon juice 

Place all ingredients in a Boston Shaker and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
