Cassis Royal

- 1 oz. Mathilde Cassis 
- ½ oz. Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac 
- 4 oz. Champagne 

Build Mathilde and Cognac in a pint glass. 
Shake three times over ice and pour into a chilled flute. 
Top with Champagne. 
Garnish : long orange twist and orange bitters
